Cream vegan spread and sugar until light and fluffy. In a blender add 3tbs of Flaxseeds with 9tbs water and blend till its looks like a paste, Then add to the bowl. In a separate bowl sift the flower and baking powder together. Add the flour mix to the creamed mix in stages, mix well until combined. Adding the cacao nibs raw and Goji berries and mixing in well. Spoon a tablespoon of mixture on baking tray. Bake in oven at 180°c for 20 minutes, Once done leave to cool on the baking tray. Then move onto cooling rack.
