*Intuitive Practitioner*
An intuitive session is an alternative to a usual counselling sitting; I use my spiritual gifts of reading your energy, inner child, seeing your life timelines from your past & present (Now you) and seeing the blocks within your life. The client (you) is in charge of how the session proceeds and what client (you) wish to talk about, once everything is talked through I then as the practitioner, will either challenge, question or give you a different perspective. Then working through the issue/problem, so together, we can find the best way to let this go for you to be entirely free in life. My working toolbox includes; Small meditations, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Cord cutting, Cutting away negative attachments, Chakra balancing or Hearing an intuitive answer from the practitioner regarding your issue/problem you came with. *

*EFT*
Emotional Freedom Technique is an incredibly simple, effective technique that can be used by anyone. EFT offers the opportunity for you to free yourself from negative emotions. The only requirement is for you to be willing to go beyond your emotional baggage into a different state; we follow a pattern of tapping at specific points around the face and the body, following the acupuncture line. This will release the negative energy for you, to start to break free and become new you! *

Mindfulness Teacher
I teach one-hour mindfulness sessions in groups that can help you to let go of stress, feeling relaxed and safe, which will help you to be in the now moment — focusing on your awareness of the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations that can bring you into a state of peace and tranquillity. In research, Mindfulness has been shown to help people suffering from anxiety, depression, sleep issues, stress, fatigue and can strengthen the immune system. Plus so much more, either talk to me about it or do your research of the fantastic effects that Mindfulness had shown.
£10 each in groups of 6

"I've had the privilege of observing Nathan lead several mindfulness sessions of varied attendees, to support a local charity with their community enrichment projects. In these settings, I've witnessed Nathan deliver empowering and nourishing sessions, and also deal with some problematic episodes.
Two instances come to mind during a group session of about 15 people: one participant came with a disruptive and harmful attitude. It was particularly upsetting as Nathan, sensitive to everyone's needs, handled the disruption with good grace and a welcoming manner where I'm sure many would not offered the hand of friendship in such a way.
In the same group, a Christian participant volunteered a prayer for everyone present; this triggered some of the group and was viewed by some as unwelcome in that space. Again, Nathan was inclusive and gracious in his response, keeping the group focussed and calm, and thanking everyone for their input.
His treatment of others and respect for boundaries and diverse beliefs speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.
He is an intuitive leader and Teacher – genuinely inspiring."
